Member Handbook
As a member of the Senninger Products Customer Rewards Program, your company is eligible for many exciting awards and benefits. All members will receive a copy of the Member Handbook upon registering for the program. The handbook includes a summary of all benefits, frequently asked questions, and the official terms and conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions
Pre-selected Hunter Agricultural Irrigation distributors headquartered in the 50 United States, District of Columbia, or Canada are eligible.
To participate, you must enroll online at the Program website. Once you are enrolled, you are ready to start earning points immediately. To earn points, all you need to do is purchase Senninger products directly from your affiliated center pivot manufacturer or an authorized distributor. Points are calculated based upon your cost for Senninger products. Hunter Agricultural Irrigation must have your W-9 form on file for you to participate in the Program.
Points are awarded based on your Senninger product purchases – through an Authorized OEM / Authorized Distributor / or direct purchase of Senninger Products.
Several options exist for registered Customer Rewards Program participants to submit the qualified documents needed to earn and accumulate points in the program.
1. Have your Authorized OEM, report to Hunter Agricultural Irrigation directly, your Senninger purchases for your company in a pre-approved format. (Excel or similar)
2. Have your Authorized Hunter Agricultural Irrigation reseller, report to Hunter Agricultural Irrigation directly, your Senninger purchases for your company in a pre-approved form. (Excel or similar)
3. Submit scanned PDF documents of your invoices for Senninger purchases to the Hunter Agricultural Irrigation Rewards website at agriculture.hunterirrigation.com/Rewards with Senninger purchases highlighted.
4. For direct Hunter Agricultural Irrigation customers, authorized purchases will be automatically reported to the Customer Rewards Program.
You can use your points right away or accumulate them for a large award. Points are accumulated throughout each calendar year. To retain their value, all points must be redeemed no later than March 31st of the year following their accrual (e.g. Points accrued in Calendar Year 2025, must be redeemed by March 31, 2026). Points not redeemed within this timeframe will expire.
It is the member’s responsibility to make sure all purchases are posted during the year by reviewing the statements you receive. Remember that all purchases must be made from a center pivot manufacturer or an authorized Senninger distributor to be eligible for points.
You can use your points toward any single award or combination of awards, in any single category or combination of categories, including:
Merchandise Awards: Reward yourself (or others in your company) with any of the high-quality awards shown in the booklet.
Cash: Turn your points into cash and spend them how you want. Invest in your business, treat your family or employees to a night out, or use them for a special gift.
The check is made payable to your rewards contract and requires them to complete a W-9 in their name.
Hunter Agricultural Irrigation will coordinate your reward purchase and delivery. We will endeavor to process and send your reward within 28 days, but occasionally, longer lead times may be required.
You will automatically receive email notifications of updates indicating the value of points posted to your account.
