After more than three decades in the irrigation industry, Martin Porter, our esteemed Regional Manager for the Pacific Asia region, is beginning a new chapter—retirement. Martin’s leadership, integrity, and customer-first mindset have helped advance efficient irrigation across the region and strengthened partnerships that endure to this day.
“My journey in irrigation began over three decades ago with flood pumps and evolved into a career I’m truly proud of. I’ve been fortunate to work with outstanding companies, contribute to projects across the globe, and help deliver some of the most efficient irrigation systems available.
“The most fulfilling part of my journey has been my time with Senninger® and Hunter® Agricultural Irrigation. It’s here that I’ve experienced the most rewarding work—and connected with some of the best people inside and outside the business. I’m incredibly grateful for the friendships and memories I’ve made.
“As I retire, I’m turning my focus to a new passion: cattle farming in Southeast Queensland. I plan to apply everything I’ve learned over the years to my own farm.
“To everyone who has been a part of my journey—thank you. Your support and collaboration have made this career not only successful, but meaningful.”

Welcoming Felipe Dantas, Regional Manager — Pacific Rim
Felipe Dantas was born and raised on a farm and brings more than two decades of hands-on agricultural expertise to the Hunter® Agricultural Irrigation team. An Agricultural Engineer, Felipe has dedicated his career to the agriculture sector, building deep technical knowledge across irrigation, water infrastructure, crop systems, and ag technology.
Felipe is passionate about supporting growers throughout the Asia Pacific region with Senninger® water application solutions that meet local needs. His experience spans irrigation projects, dealership development, customer training, and market expansion strategies—making him a valuable resource for growers, dealers, and industry partners.
